Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead cybersecurity engineering and operations for on-premises, software as a service, platform as a service, cloud infrastructure, storage, systems, and network environments. 
  • Lead the team in developing cybersecurity operations runbooks and playbooks that define best practices for operational excellence and ensure service delivery adheres to documented standards
  • Develop cybersecurity operations strategies and best practices that enable digital business requirements 
  • Lead the creation and delivery of cybersecurity measures that protect infrastructure security, health, and performance
  • Perform oversight of internal teams and managed service providers that support cybersecurity operations
  • Partner with senior information technology and business leaders to align security initiatives and roadmaps with enterprise technology strategies
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or a related technical discipline and 6 plus years of experience implementing and operating cybersecurity tools and processes, managing on-premise or outsourced IT operations with 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers/workstation), networking, or security operations and 5 plus years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated leadership across complex business and IT organizations
  • Demonstrated leadership building and managing high-performing teams
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance for operational security support and administration

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience leading a security operations team in multiple business unit environments
  • Experience leading organizational and cultural change initiatives
  • Experience supporting a global IT security environment
  • Security-related experience designing/implementing/administrating Enterprise solutions
