Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warranty / Punch List Technician to support our luxury custom home projects in the Albuquerque area.

Hands-on, field-based role

Focused on jobsite cleanliness, punch list completion, and finish work

Works closely with Site Superintendents and the Warranty team

Regular travel between local job sites


Key Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks on active residential construction sites

Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites (sweeping, trash removal, material organization)

Complete punch list and finish work, including:

- Caulking and sealing

- Touch-up painting

- Drywall and texture repairs

- Minor trim and hardware adjustments

Assist superintendents with jobsite setup and preparation for inspections and walkthroughs

Identify quality issues or incomplete work and communicate them promptly

Support warranty and close-out work after homeowner move-in as needed

Safely use hand tools and basic power tools

Protect finished surfaces and materials during construction and repairs

Load, unload, and transport materials and tools between job sites

Follow all jobsite safety protocols and company procedures


Qualifications

2+ years of experience in residential construction, Drywall, paint touch-up, remodeling, or punch list work.

High-end or custom home experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Basic understanding of residential construction and finish materials

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Dependable, punctual, and professional

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, climb, and work on active job sites

Ability to travel between job sites in the Albuquerque area (generally within ~30 miles)


Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, W-2 employee position

$25- 30/hour, based on experience
