Pre-Employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Education Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program - Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA)
- Validation of high school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the completion of 90-day probationary period
