Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceBe at the forefront of strategic and operational planning, driving collaboration across agencies, and working closely with external partners to deliver impactful cyber and intelligence solutionsWhat You BringActive TS/SCI with PolygraphExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsRelevant experience must be in an area directly related to a national agency mission (e.g. collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or similar mission in the IC or DoD and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g. joint operations).External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g. participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field experience, and external customer support.Familiarity with the JOPES process and experience in planning and executing cyber operations (at the tactical level or the campaign level).Be a self-starter and have the ability to coordinate across mission elements.A high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.A degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance or related field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)Agile, cloud, or modernization experienceCompensation & BenefitsThe projected salary range for this position is $141,800-$157,500, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.At Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
