Dunkin Donuts Crew Member Job Duties:

As a crew member at Dunkin Donuts, you will be expected to move around the store quite a bit. The first area that most new employees are trained at is the cash register. In addition, you will also be expected to know how to operate various cooking appliances to prepare food for customers as well. The primary job responsibilities of a Dunkin Donuts crew member include:

  • Informing customers of current active promotions when appropriate
  • Preparing food in a safe and responsible manner
  • Keeping the store clean and well-maintained
