Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Mechanic / Electrician, you will ensure our plant runs safely and efficiently by keeping equipment operating at peak performance:

  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex machinery involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine PM schedules on assigned plant machinery and tooling.
  • Automation & Controls: Adjust, optimize, and program automated systems and robotics.
  • Fabrication: Design and fabricate custom fixtures, racks, assembly stations, and specialized tooling.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Hands-on industrial maintenance experience and/or relevant technical training/degrees.
  • Technical Skills: Strong blueprint, schematic, and electrical print reading ability required.
  • Automation: Experience with industrial robotics and automated systems strongly preferred.
  • Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work any 8-hour shift as operational needs require.
