We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our esteemed Legal team, specializing in Real Property and Creditor Rights. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in creditor rights, mortgage, loan servicing, lender, eviction, and collections. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on high-profile cases, providing expert legal advice and services to our diverse clientele. This role requires at least 5+ years of experience in the legal industry.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Providing proficient legal counsel and representation in matters related to Real Property and Creditor Rights.
2. Managing cases involving creditor rights, mortgage, loan servicer, lender, eviction, and collections.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents related to real estate transactions and creditor rights.
4. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
5. Collaborating with our legal team to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
6. Conducting thorough legal research to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to Real Property and Creditor Rights.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney role should have the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. At least 2+ years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in Real Property and Creditor Rights.
3. Proven experience in creditor rights, mortgage, loan servicer, lender, eviction, and collections.
4. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and analyze complex legal documents.
5. Strong litigation skills, with a proven track record of success in court proceedings.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
