rEvolution is on the hunt for a talented, driven Associate Creative Director - a big thinker, savvy conceptor, vivid writer, cultural connector, and inspiring creator. In this role, reporting to the Sr. Creative Director, you'll oversee the work of Art Directors and Copywriters, interpret briefs, lead creative kickoffs and spearhead brainstorms. You'll be tasked with developing and presenting creative work to clients, and work to collaboratively push rEvolution's creative work to a higher aesthetic.

You Will

  • Partner with the Creative Directors and broader team to concept and refine ideas across media
  • Review the work of Art Directors and Copywriters to direct and improve their efforts
  • Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
  • Lead creative kick-off meetings with account and strategy partners; provide direction to the team on roles and deliverables; drive inspiration and clarity
  • Spearhead creative brainstorms and provide input on concepting ideas based on knowledge of current trends, pop culture, and brand goals
  • Generate original ideas, deliver constructive critique, and foster a culture of collaboration and team building
  • Develop and present creative work with confidence
  • Work collaboratively to push creative work to a higher aesthetic
  • Professionally represents rEvolution in the marketplace

You Have

  • 7-10 years of experience working full-time within marketing at a creative agency
  • Portfolio of produced work: concept write-ups, campaigns, broadcast and video scripts, experiential activations, social media, and beyond
  • Comfort, confidence, and experience presenting creative work
  • Passion for sports and/or sponsorship marketing
  • Willingness to travel on occasion

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach


The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100-130K, and includes the potential for a discretionary, annual bonus.
