Corporate Security Personnel

Salary
Range: $23-$25 an hour
Schedule
Monday to Friday | 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM

Job Type
Full-Time

We are searching for committed and forward-thinking security personnel who will handle all required duties with the highest level of professionalism. Corporate Security officials are in charge of securing the client location and following all designated post orders. Expectations for this position are for the officer to be organized, have a keen eye for detail, hold a high level of integrity, and effectively communicate with their peers and the client as we strive for their success.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet incoming staff of the site/facility
  • Respond to inquires or complaints from employees, guests, clients, vendors, and partners
  • Aid in the resolution of investigations in partnership with on site client, regulatory agencies, and law enforcement as needed
  • Provide vigilant inspections/patrols for any threats, breaches, or possible safety hazards in the surrounding area
  • Interface with a variety of security systems including access control devices, intrusion detection and alarms, and CCTV
  • Daily and weekly report writing and updates for proactive communication on condition of the site
  • Provide legible, grammar appropriate reports based on all events within the facility
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED ( Additional Education is beneficial)
  • 5+ years of Professional Security Experience
  • Must have a valid, non-expired BSIS guard card
  • Must own a Black Suit +Tie(Clean, and Tailored), & Black Work Shoes (Shineable)
  • CPR First Aid training and certification Required
  • Experience in Customer Service/ Client Engagement
  • Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • Have a reliable means of communication (i.e. phone) and transportation
  • Have the ability to commute, or travel up to 20+ miles
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English (additional languages are beneficial) 
  • Must be willing to participate in the Treston Security Services pre-employment screening process, and background investigation
  • Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
  • Be an effective team member and courteous manners
  • Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization
  • Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
  • Good organizational skills
