As a Senior Social Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in shaping how fans connect with our brand across major social platforms. In this role, you'll create timely, compelling content that reflects cultural moments, drives conversation, and supports our broader brand and business strategy. You'll bring a sharp, creative approach to storytelling by designing compelling visual content, developing platform-first creative, building community, and turning real-time moments into meaningful engagement.

What you'll do as a Senior Social Marketing Associate
  • Concept, design, publish, and track engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Discord, etc. ensuring it aligns with our goals and audience.

  • Create original, platform-first content including graphics, short-form video, clips, carousels, and interactive experiences that bring sports, entertainment, and internet culture to life.

  • Use trend insights, audience sentiment, and cultural cues to inform content strategy, join the conversation, and deepen brand connection.

  • Write sharp, on-brand copy that captures attention, sparks engagement, and reflects the tone of sports, entertainment, and internet culture.

  • Partner with internal teams to align on campaigns and creative direction, while using performance insights to optimize and evolve content.

  • Turn real-time sports moments, breaking news, trends, and audience conversations into timely, visually compelling content.

What you'll bring
  • At least 2 years of experience creating and managing social content and community engagement, ideally within sports, entertainment, or a fast-paced digital environment.

  • Strong hands-on experience creating social content using graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar).

  • A strong understanding of social platform best practices, audience behavior, and what drives engagement in real time.

  • Excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of voice, storytelling, and cultural trends.

  • Willingness to be available on nights or weekends to create and publish real-time content during peak moments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 66,900.00 USD - 83,600.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
