Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire full-time Line Cooks to join our kitchen staff in preparing exceptional food for our loyal members.
Line Cooks at Cherokee can expect to make $20.00-$25.00/hr. based on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINE COOK
As a Line Cook in the kitchen, you will play an essential role in the kitchen. You will be responsible for meal preparation, cooking, maintaining inventory, as well as maintaining the storage and cleanliness of items and equipment in the kitchen. You will communicate regularly with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and that our members are served well. You will assist our chefs in the preparation of all items that appear on the menu or that are offered as a special pertaining to specific stations. You will be surrounded by a supportive team and will need to take direction and ownership of a variety of responsibilities in the kitchen. You must be able to work with accuracy, rigor, and speed while maintaining focus on the task at hand.

WORK SCHEDULE
The typical schedule for this full-time culinary position is Tuesday - Sunday with both AM and PM shifts available. 4 days a week 10-hour shifts are also available. Applicants with open and evening/night-time availability is preferred.
