Converting Machine Operator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $16.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 02:00am)
  • Operate converting machines and production equipment used to manufacture adhesive bandages and pads.
  • Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
  • Perform routine machine checks and report equipment issues as needed.
  • Follow FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while meeting production goals.

Converting Machine Operator Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of production or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts and frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
