Monday thru Friday 1:00PM to 9:00PM (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Currently seeking an outgoing, Enthusiastic, Responsible person with a desire to work in a Professional, Customer Service Driven industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Front Desk and Lobby Setting with Valid Security Guard Card.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. Must have active TEXAS State training and Guard Card licensing.
The site is a Headquarters location and will require the highest level of professionalism, customer service, technology skills, and high-quality candidates with excellent work ethics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
  • Monitor the facility's CCTV to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized people.
  • Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and alerts via internal communications system, national weather, and act quickly and decisively.
  • Document incidents accurately in security electronic reporting platforms.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
  • Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, natural disasters).
  • Utilize internal communications systems, including radio, intercom, telephone, PA systems, and computer-based software with a high level of professionalism.
  • Operate facility badging software, including enabling and disabling badges.
  • Provide security support for various client projects and events.
  • Administer all client policies for controlling access to client property

Qualifications:
  • At least 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Non-Commissioned security license through the state of Texas
  • Previous dispatch experience required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with report writing
  • Monitoring and surveillance experience
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Previous security experience is required
  • Attentive to detail
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
