Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Content Manager to work directly with the CEO in building and scaling a high-impact personal brand and company presence across social media platforms.

This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on capturing real-time organic content while producing high-quality scripted content that drives engagement and audience growth. You will play a key role in shaping the content strategy, executing ideas, and ensuring consistent brand excellence.

  • Publish content and support day-to-day social media management
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and quality across all content
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to translate ideas into engaging, high-performing content

Requirements

  • Proven experience shooting and editing video content (portfolio required)
  • Hands-on experience managing and publishing content across social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
  • Ability to independently develop creative concepts and scripts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
