Job Overview

We’re looking for General Construction Laborers to join our field operations team in the Richmond, TX area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work and wants to build experience in a field environment.

You’ll support job-site operations by loading and moving materials, cleaning and maintaining work areas, installing and removing materials, and assisting with other general labor tasks. No prior field experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position that may require overtime, weekend, or holiday work depending on project needs.

The starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Yearly bonus opportunities are also available if company goals are met.

What You’ll Do

  • Move Materials: Load, unload, lift, and move materials and supplies around job sites.
  • Job-Site Cleanup: Remove trash and debris and assist with cleaning streets and work areas using shovels and other equipment.
  • Installation Support: Assist with installing and removing filter fabric fencing and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain the Job Site: Help keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
  • Follow Safety Procedures: Follow company safety guidelines, attend required meetings, and report unsafe conditions or incidents.

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable transportation to and from work and be able to report to work by 6:00 AM.
  • Experience in general labor, construction, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
  • Able to lift or move 50 lbs. or more with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around noise, vibration, dust, fumes, and other typical job-site conditions.
  • Willing to learn and take on different tasks as needed.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed.
