Job Duties
Support and maintain the agency's SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform environments:
  • Assist users with content authoring, site configuration, and best practices for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Support user adoption and respond to questions related to SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Configure modern SharePoint sites using site templates, site designs, branding elements, web parts, lists/libraries, and content types.
  • Support governance activities, including content lifecycle, retention, permissions standards, and information architecture improvement.

Develop IT solutions to solve DCR business problems:
  • Work directly with agency staff to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Design and build solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
  • Maintain and support file transfer programs and data exchange interfaces with external partners.

Assist as needed in the development and support of other agency applications:
  • Collaborate with IT team members to maintain and enhance agency applications and services.
  • Provide cross-team support and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and tools.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency administering and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience configuring and customizing SharePoint Online using modern site functionality, including lists/libraries, content types, site templates, permissions, term store, and governance-aligned features.
  • Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency with development technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and modern cloud-based solution patterns.
  • Working knowledge of document management, records management, lifecycle/retention policies, and content management within Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Considerations
  • Certifications in Microsoft products preferred but not required.
  • Understanding Microsoft 365 tenant administration, cloud architecture, Azure AD integration, and security roles is helpful.
