Develop the overall control philosophy for large-scale liquid cooling systems.

Translate operating philosophy and transient operating concepts into detailed control logic.

Create functional logic diagrams and control narratives.

Lead development of P&IDs from a control’s perspective.

Define PLC/DCS control architecture and software functional specifications.

Design supervisory control strategies integrating: Liquid cooling systems, Air cooling systems, Facility water management.

Overall thermal optimization

Develop advanced control algorithms including feedback, feed-forward, cascade, and predictive control strategies.

Define sensor architecture, instrumentation philosophy, and control interfaces.

Work closely with mechanical, thermal, and modularization engineers to ensure scalable system design.

Support prototype development, commissioning, tuning, and performance optimization.

Lead technical discussions with partners, customers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards for future product development.

Deliverables Expected from the Role

System Architecture Document covering logical, physical, network and deployment architecture.

Control Philosophy and Functional Design Specification for power, cooling and facility automation systems.

I/O list, signal list, data dictionary, communication matrix and integration register.

BMS/SCADA/DCIM integration architecture and interface control document.

Alarm philosophy, alarm priority matrix, trend configuration and reporting requirements.

Cybersecurity zoning and conduit diagram for OT/IT interfaces.
