Job description

Mitchell Selig Ford, located in Windsor, CT is focused on attending to our client’s needs and currently is in need of an additional member of the team!

Excellent Full-Time opportunity for one talented individual that excels at customer service looking to join a team that has been working together for years developing a great culture both for the customers and for the employees!

We want to hire a good-hearted individual with an outgoing personality that cares and helps assist our customers and guests however need be as well as becoming an integral part of the sales team and dealership!

Responsibilities 

  • Truly exceptional Customer service
  • Answering multi-line phones and greeting customers
  • Work closely with the managers, assisting with daily tasks
  • Coordinating communication with our central office
  • Assist with the management of the inventory
  • Working closely with the General Manager for administrative tasks
  • Ordering supplies for the departments

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
  • Outgoing and friendly
  • Quality customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
  • Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership sales
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new processes in and out
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs, use of office equipment
  • Multi-tasking a plus

Hours

Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.   With a 1/2 hour lunch each day or until 5pm with an hour lunch.   40 Hours a week Full-Time and weekends off
