Job description

Commercial Construction Superintendent

Tucson, AZ | Full-Time

Join G & J Development, Inc., a growing commercial construction company specializing in medical and office projects.

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead projects from start to finish. If you're a strong leader who takes pride in quality work, job site safety, and keeping projects on schedule, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Supervise field employees and subcontractors
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and other trades
  • Schedule work and keep projects on track
  • Maintain quality, safety, and productivity
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Complete daily reports and project documentation
  • Mentor and lead field crews

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Medical, healthcare, or office construction experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Blueprint reading experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
