Job description

Tasca Auto Group - Chevrolet Collision Center is currently seeking a full time Collision Production Manager to join our Tasca Chevrolet Collision Center team in Wheeling, IL. The right candidate will be driven, energetic, and commitment to accuracy to help lead our team and keep operations running at peak performance. Thisis a great opportunity to join an award-winning auto group! Competitive pay and benefits. EOE!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with body technicians, collision estimator, and parts managers to ensure that production is moving as needed to meet delivery needs
  • Write Direct Repair Program (DRP) complaint estimates.
  • Complete Estimates after full disassembly, and damage recovery
  • Update Collision Estimators estimates as needed and lock final estimates
  • Monitor Key Performance Indictors (KPI)
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment
  • Lead and support Technicians to maximize efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Body Shop Manager
  • Work week: Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm. No Saturdays
