What is a full time coach?

A Full Time Coach is a professional who works with individuals or teams to help them achieve specific goals, whether in sports, business, life, or other areas. This role involves creating personalized plans, providing guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback, and tracking progress over time. Full Time Coaches dedicate their working hours to supporting client development, often holding sessions, workshops, or training programs. The position may involve working for an organization, a sports team, or operating independently as a consultant.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a full time coach?

To thrive as a Full Time Coach, you generally need expertise in your coaching specialty, relevant certifications, and experience in training or mentoring others. Familiarity with tools such as video analysis software, scheduling platforms, and performance tracking systems is often required.
