Full-Time Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist)
📍 VCA Centennial Valley Animal Hospital - Louisville, CO

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team at VCA Centennial Valley Animal Hospital.

With every client interaction, we aim to exceed expectations by delivering compassionate, high-quality care and service.
About the Role
We're looking for a personable, detail-oriented professional - a true service extraordinaire!
The ideal candidate is a team player, self-starter, and multitasker with a positive attitude and a passion for pets and people.
This is a great starting position for anyone interested in growing within the veterinary field.
Why We Need You
As the face of our hospital, our Client Service Representatives set the tone for every client experience and help maintain trust and confidence in our care.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering phones, scheduling, confirming, and future-booking appointments
  • Calling clients for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
  • Presenting and processing payments and explaining service fees
  • Recommending products, services, and wellness plans
  • Signing up clients for the MyVCA app and online pharmacy
  • Educating clients on general pet care topics (heartworm prevention, flea/tick control, etc.)
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring the hospital is clean and welcoming
  • Providing care for hospital pets as needed

Our CSRs are the first and last impression our clients and patients have - and we take great pride in that responsibility!
