Job description

Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms in the US with a 60 year track record of success in the multi-family housing industry, seeks a Cleaner to join our team in Western MA.

Responsibilities include:

- Indoor/outdoor upkeep
- Cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the offices and all community common areas
- Assist Foreman and Maintenance Team with move-in ready apartments

Must have reliable transportation.
