Job description

We're hiring: Business Development Executive - Minneapolis


Help build a premium British brand in the US market.


Millboard is the composite decking and cladding manufacturer of choice for architects, contractors, and discerning homeowners worldwide. We're family-owned and we're growing fast in the US.


You'll own a regional territory and build relationships across distributors, contractors, architects, and end users. Disciplined sales process, real product, premium positioning, and a team that backs you.


You'll need:

  • Sales or business development experience, ideally in construction or building products
  • Comfort selling to architects, dealers, contractors, and end users
  • Strong CRM discipline and a track record of hitting targets
  • Confidence presenting (AIA experience a plus)


The detail:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 base + 25% variable. OTE $80,000 - $106,700
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO
  • Minneapolis HQ, 1 day/week work from home
  • Full-time, permanent
