Estimator – Commercial Construction (Exterior Cladding/Building Envelope)
Location: Tempe, Arizona (In-Person)

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Tempe. This full-time, in-office role supports commercial construction projects with a focus on exterior cladding and building envelope systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to read technical drawings, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings to create accurate estimates
- Review project specifications and scope
- Use Bluebeam to perform takeoffs and markups
- Prepare detailed proposals using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage time efficiently to meet bid deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency with Bluebeam software
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural plans
- Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred but not required)
