This early education position earns a competitive salary of $36,000 per year, as well as a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over the first year at 3, 6, and 12 months. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL TEACHER

As an early education instructor, you strengthen the bonds of parents and children while providing children with excellent academic
programming. You enjoy the primary responsibility of providing significant daily education and care of students. Implementing a strong Christian-based curriculum that addresses the individual, holistic needs of each child is developed with adaptable, detail-oriented measures. You relish in providing a safe and loving learning environment that focuses on building strong relationships and incorporates cultural, linguistic, and familial values and beliefs into the childcare program and lesson plans. With sound communication and active listening skills, you communicate clearly with staff and families to ensure smooth transitions are made, children progressively develop, caring evaluations are performed, and unique adjustments are created for the child's well-being and opportunity for continuous advancement. You take pride in the heartwarming passion of fulfilling a faithful commitment to children and families.


CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL TEACHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPL3, CDA, or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
  • Current status in First-Aid, Common Childhood Illnesses, Child Abuse Prevention, and CPR
  • Complete a medical evaluation
  • A love for interacting with children and passion for our mission
