Job description

Kingdom Krew is a faith-based preschool, afterschool and summer camp program that focuses on ministering to the families of the children we serve. We accomplish this by teaching and modeling Christian values and character, while providing a quality afterschool and summer camp environment. Further, we find opportunity to serve the families through regular events targeted at nurturing their family bonds. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, creative and nurturing individuals to join our staff. Those who join our team should have a Christian testimony that demonstrates Christian values and character that we teach. They should also LOVE children!
Program Teacher
This is a full-time (30-40 hours) position ranging from $19-22 per hour depending on education and experience. The following are minimum requirements for this position:

· A strong Christian testimony

· Experience working with children and a love for working with them

· 12 ECE units (completed or enrolled)

· A clear TB test and Health screening

· Fingerprint Clearance through the Department Of Justice with criminal background check

· Physically fit, with the ability to carry and lift up to 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Must have ability to bend, sit, stand, squat, and change position quickly and frequently (i.e. from sitting to standing), and the ability to work at an active pace.

· Ability to accept supervision and guidance

· Good communication skills

· Dependable and flexible team player

· A positive attitude and solution-oriented approach to problem solving

· A good sense of humor and exceptional customer service skills

· Ability to motivate and lead by example

· A dynamic and lively personality
