Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaper/Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the health, appearance, and cleanliness of our clients’ landscapes through regular groundskeeping and horticultural practices. Ideal candidates are punctual, take pride in quality work, and thrive in outdoor, team-oriented environments.
We are currently hiring for positions in Livermore, CA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a company truck with a trailer, including transporting crew and equipment to job sites. Must follow all road laws and ensure safe vehicle operation.
  • Perform routine landscape maintenance duties including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and blowing.
  • Weed control, plant bed maintenance, and general cleanups.
  • Properly operate and maintain landscape tools and power equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance while representing the company on-site.
  • Communicate clearly with Supervisor, Crew Leader and team members to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in identifying landscape issues such as pests, irrigation leaks, or declining plant health.
  • Help load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and debris before and after each job.
  • Support special projects or landscape enhancements as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous landscape maintenance experience is a plus but not required. We’re willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation to the yard.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience required to operate a company vehicle.
