Join Our Team as the PM Childcare On-site Supervisor at Little Endeavors Child Development Center!

Are you a passionate and dedicated childcare professional looking for an opportunity to lead a team and make a difference in the lives of young children? Look no further! Little Endeavors Child Development Center in Ankeny, IA, is seeking a PM Childcare On-site Supervisor to join our team and help us create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for our little ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support our team of childcare providers during the afternoon shift
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care
  • Develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum and activities
  • Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on their child's day
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare facility
  • Lead by example and provide a positive and supportive work environment
  • Support the director and staff in completing daily cleaning and closing responsibilities to ensure the center is organized, compliant, and ready for a smooth opening the following day
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and meet the state licensing qualifications for an OSS
  • Previous experience working in a childcare setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for working with young children
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to pass a background check
