Job Title: Tour Guide Associate
Overview:
We’re looking for energetic Tour Guides who love learning and are looking to grow within our company. Tour Guides are responsible for upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, stewardship, and excellence while creating a world where people feel connected to one another and the land – above ground and below. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Guided Tours: Lead guests through cave tours, providing guests with accurate information.
Research and Learn: Memorize provided scripts to give to guests on tours and learn information to answer guest questions.
Uphold Guest Standards: Communicate with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic way, answering questions, and ensuring a world-class experience.
Ensure Safety: Monitor group safety and adhere to safety protocols during tours.
Maintain a Clean Environment: Participate in beginning and end-of-day cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, collecting trash, ect.
Other Duties: May be assigned tasks as needed to consistently ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety standards.

Essential Functions:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Occasionally move about their designated area to access supplies
Occasionally ascend/descend ladders
Ability to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand amp; exchange accurate information in these situations
Observe details in close range (within a few feet of the observer)
Move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across park areas for various needs
Consistently work in outdoor weather conditions
