Job description

Are you a collaborative leader with a passion for data systems, communication, and statewide impact? The California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) Office is seeking a Supervisor I to lead the CALPADS Administrative Unit (CAU) and play a key role in supporting California's primary K-12 longitudinal data system. Under the direction of the CALPADS Office Administrator, the Supervisor I leads a high-performing administrative team responsible for the day-to-day operational and communication functions that keep CALPADS running smoothly. This role works closely with California Department of Education (CDE) leadership, program offices, data stewards, and external entities to ensure clear, timely, and accurate information is delivered to all of California's Local Educational Agencies (LEAs).
