Where You Will Work:
General Medicine Unit, (26 Beds)
Ardmore East, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults in a safe and supportive environment. We care for adults with complex, non-surgical illnesses, often involving multiple comorbidities. We prioritize dignity, independence, and holistic well-being for every patient. Our team works collaboratively to deliver personalized treatment plans that address medical needs ensuring the highest standards of adult population care. Ambient Listening, voice activated documentation, is a tool used to record and transcribe patient-nurse conversations in real-time to generate automated flowsheet documentation.
We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • At least one year RN experience

What You'll Do:
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
