Job description


About This Role

Desert Design is looking for installers to join our busy team! We have been serving Northern Nevada with residential, commercial, multifamily and other specialty remodeling services for over 25 years. If you're ready for a new career with a team of family-oriented professionals, this might be for you!

We currently have openings for carpet/vinyl, lvp/laminate, wood, tile and specialty commercial installation teams.


What You'll Do

Duties include but are not limited to;


  • Follow company policy and industry standards for successful installations.
  • Work with warehouse, sales consultants, management and fellow installers effectively.
  • Track time digitally.
  • Always work in a safe manner.
  • Communicate concerns with appropriate team members.
  • Keep a clean and tidy workspace

Requirements

Requirements include but are not limited to;


  • Have a valid driver's license and working vehicle suitable for product delivery and traveling when required.
  • Have tool necessary for the trade being performed.
  • Have experience in the trade being performed.
