Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (No weekends or on-call)

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to focus on the craft-not the business side. We handle scheduling, customer acquisition, and administrative work so you can concentrate on delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of residential repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling tasks
- Work across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, trim, doors, minor plumbing, and basic electrical
- Troubleshoot home issues and recommend practical, long-lasting solutions
- Manage job sites efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Communicate clearly with customers and the internal team using provided tools and systems
RequirementsMust Have:- Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?
- Do you have a registered truck or van with valid insurance and a valid driver's license?
- Do you own standard tools required for residential handyman tasks?
- Do you have the experience to independently manage small to medium-sized projects from start to finish?
Additional Qualifications:- 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential repairs, maintenance, or remodeling
- Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, tile, and painting
- Professional communication skills and a customer-friendly demeanor
- Clean and professional appearance
Nice to Have:- Experience installing smart home devices
- Background in finish carpentry or custom cabinetry
- Familiarity with digital job management tools or reporting software
