CNA – Full-Time Weekday Days, No Weekends | The Carolina Inn – Fayetteville, NC

$15.50/hr + shift differential

Full-time (Monday – Friday) 7:00am - 3:00pm

You worked hard to get your CNA certification. You deserve a job that respects your schedule — and pays you what your work is worth.

The Carolina Inn is hiring a full-time CNA for a consistent weekday day shift (7am–3pm). No rotating weekends. No last-minute schedule changes. Just a stable schedule at a community that has set the standard for assisted living in Fayetteville for 25 years.

Pay & schedule

  • $15.50/hr + shift differential
  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Benefits eligible after 90 days

What you'll do

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities for our residents
  • Work alongside a licensed nurse on your floor every shift
  • Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff
  • Document care accurately and support individualized care plans
  • Help maintain the safe, welcoming environment our residents rely on

What we need from you

  • Active NC CNA certification — must be on the NC Nurse Aide Registry (required)
  • Availability for full-time weekday day shifts
  • Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen

CPR certification and prior assisted living experience are a plus — not a requirement. New grads are welcome to apply.
