Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Kansas City, MO

Department: Cath Lab

Shifts Available: Full Time-Days

Pay: up to $1,761 to $2,642 gross pay per week

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to RN Cath Lab):

  • Assess patients, obtain medical histories, perform physical exams, and prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures (Pre-Procedure Preparation)
  • Assist cardiologists during procedures such as angioplasties, stent placements, electrophysiological studies, and other cardiac interventions (Intra-Procedure Assistance)
  • Monitoring patient post-procedure for complications, provide post-procedure instructions, and ensuring patient stability before discharge or transfer to another unit
Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.One (1) year Cath Lab experience; required

2.Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required

3.Current BCLS (AHA), ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current; required
