  • Full Time
  • Monday - Friday 8:30-5
  • Hybrid opportunity after 6 months
  • Previous scheduling experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills required

The Opportunity:
We are hiring a scheduler at our Plaza location! This position schedules all outpatient Cardiology office visits and ensures the physician office schedules are full.
This role is the central contact for the physicians and nurses at each Cardiology office. Completes scheduling from referrals and manages provider's recall lists.
Takes incoming phone calls for operator and scheduling lines.
Provides cross coverage for registration/reception
Schedules appointments and services. Determines financial accountability based on information and referrals.
