Location: Milford, OH (Travel throughout OH, KY, and MI)

Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $20 – $40/hour (based on experience and Tier level)

Schedule: Monday–Friday + occasional weekend travel as needed


About the Opportunity


A rapidly growing construction services company is hiring Sign Installers and Construction Technicians to join its expanding team. This organization builds and re-images large-scale gas station signage and canopy systems—handling every part of the process from fabrication and electrical work to final installation.

What You’ll Do


● Install and service large gas station signage and canopy systems

● Work at heights using lifts, cranes, and rigging to assemble and secure sign structures

● Operate hand tools, welders, and power equipment safely and efficiently

● Assist with framing, painting, and structural assembly for reimaging projects

● Read and interpret installation drawings and site plans

● Collaborate with team members to complete installations on schedule

● Travel regionally to job sites (primarily within Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan)


Experience Tiers & Pay Levels


Tier 1 (Entry-Level: $20–$24/hr)

● No sign experience required—must be dependable and eager to learn

● Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

● Physically capable and motivated to grow with the company


Tier 2 (Skilled Installer: $25–$29/hr)

● Some experience with sign installation, electrical work, or canopy construction

● Basic knowledge of wiring, rigging, and metal assembly

● Comfortable operating lifts and performing installation work at heights


Tier 3 (Experienced Installer: $30–$34/hr)

● Proficient in all phases of sign and canopy installation

● Capable of working independently or leading small crews on-site

● Familiar with electrical hookups, framing, painting, and troubleshooting


Tier 4 (Lead Installer / Foreman: $34+/hr)

● Experienced leader who can manage installation crews start-to-finish

● Strong understanding of electrical, structural, and safety procedures

● Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate projects with management
