Job description

Call Center Representative - Full Time - Winchester Operations

Provides quality service by telephone to bank customers of all markets in a courteous, professional manner.  Researches and resolves customer requests, answers customer inquiries with regard to account maintenance, balance transfers, stop payments, statement requests, online banking, debit cards, simple loan questions, etc.  Directs calls to the appropriate Market and/or Department. Also assists Deposit Operations with other duties as assigned including projects, reporting, monthly tasks, etc. Assists Interactive Tellers as needed to provide service and support for customers handling routine requests, as well as those that may require extensive research and use of problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

To answer customer inquires completely and politely in person and by phone.

Answer incoming calls with a professional attitude and tone.

Ability to use all required computer systems in order to efficiently find information or input data.

Provide assistance to other departments in regards to scanning, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and other paperwork processing as needed.

Assists ITM department in performing customer transactions as needed.

Maintain a professional work environment, attitude and business like appearance.

To complete all duties as assigned within the prescribed time frame.

** Accounts Payable Experience Helpful

Employees must be able to pass the following pre-screening:

Credit Screening – The credit screening includes a credit history check, financial fitness check, and other non-specified criteria to confirm eligibility for a position. 

Background Screening - The background screening process includes a review of all federal and state civil and criminal charges for all locations you have lived at within the last seven years.

Drug Testing – The drug test will be a urine test. We check for a number of substances including Marijuana.

Employment and Education - The bank may also investigate the employment and education background of an employee. We reserve the right to deny or terminate employment based on the results of that review.
