Job description

Company Description

pureIntegration is a digital engineering, consulting and professional services firm headquartered in the Washington, DC area, serving media, entertainment, and connectivity companies for more than 22 years. Our Ad Tech & Media practice helps advertising organizations modernize and operate the systems that power their revenue — spanning linear, addressable, programmatic, AVOD/FAST, and CTV ad delivery — including ad decisioning, order management, traffic and billing, data integration, and reporting across the order-to-cash lifecycle.

Job Description

We're looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and customer/agent-facing technology solutions. You'll work across Legal, Compliance, Product, UX, and Technology teams to translate government and regulatory obligations into clear business requirements — and help ensure the solutions we build are both compliant and easy to use.

The hourly rate is $ 40-$ 45. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for benefits such as health insurance, 401k match, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze regulatory requirements and assess their business impact
  • Gather and document business/functional requirements for customer and agent systems
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to turn regulations into actionable requirements
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
  • Map customer journeys and agent workflows that balance compliance with usability
  • Collaborate with UX on wireframes and design reviews
  • Support Agile delivery cycles alongside Product Owners and Technology teams
  • Support UAT and validate that solutions meet business and regulatory goals
  • Act as the go-between for business stakeholders and technical teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings

Nice to Have

  • Telecom or cable industry experience
  • Background supporting regulatory/compliance initiatives
  • CX design knowledge
  • Experience with agent workflows and operations
  • Familiarity with FCC regulations, privacy, accessibility, or government programs
  • CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certification
  • JIRA/Confluence proficiency
  • Experience using AI tools (Copilot, Claude) for requirements work
