Familiarity with warehouse management systems, forklifts, pallet jacks, and safety certification (such as OSHA) are commonly required. Good communication with team members is also key to coordinating loads efficiently and ensuring safety. Employers typically provide training and equipment to help loaders work effectively and safely.
