Description
Objective
This position assists the Operations Department with day-to-day logistical operations of the brewery. Helps with special projects related to process improvements for the facility.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining quality standards set for a Monster Brewing Company brewery
  • Logistics up to and including transportation, warehousing, material handling, inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfilment
  • Communicate effectively and timely using email, phone, text, and verbal tools
  • Assist with management of logistical related tasks and procedures in Orchestrated Beer
  • Communicate effectively and timely with the Beer Orders and Production Planning teams
  • Communicate effectively when problems arise, and schedules require modification

Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform facility related duties as required or assigned
  • Support all departments when situations warrant and make connections between processes
  • Assist in maintaining proper stock of raw materials required for brewing and or packaging
  • Assist in maintaining 5S standards across the brewery

Physical & Mental Requirements
Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift and move 10-75 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls. May be required to manage and support weekend and overnight shifts.
