ABOUT THE ROLE
The Box Office Analytics Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and performance tracking of 4DX and SCREENX releases across domestic and international markets. This role is highly analytical and detail-driven, playing a critical part in coordinating release logistics, monitoring box office performance, and supporting programming strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the scheduling and programming of 4DX and SCREENX films across exhibitor partners
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (studios, distributors, and exhibitors) to ensure timely delivery of content and accurate booking execution
- Maintain and update release calendars, playdates, and programming materials
- Track and analyze box office performance, including daily grosses, per-screen averages, and audience trends
- Prepare regular reports, presentations, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders and studio partners
- Ensure accuracy and organization of programming data, contracts, and distribution documentation
- Assist in evaluating release strategies and provide insights to support programming decisions
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to upcoming release planning and strategy discussions
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify performance trends
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and adjust hours around theatrical release schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with box office reporting tools (e.g., Comscore or Rentrak)
- Knowledge of theatrical distribution, film programming, and exhibition landscape
- Interest in global film markets and release strategies
- Passion for premium cinema formats and immersive technologies (4DX, SCREENX)

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation ranges from $ 60K to $ 72K. We adhere to all applicable local laws regarding salary transparency and disclose ranges where legally required. The final offer will depend on a variety of factors including market conditions, candidate experience, internal equity, and other relevant considerations. Offers at the top end of the range are uncommon.
