Position Overview

The Service Concierge is responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience during the vehicle check-out process at the dealership service department. This role ensures that guests receive timely vehicle delivery while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and five-star service environment. The Service Concierge helps manage vehicle flow in the concierge area while providing attentive and courteous assistance to all guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them during the service check-out process.

Retrieve the service slip ticket and document the vehicle check-out time according to dealership procedures.

Inform guests that their vehicle will be delivered shortly and keep them updated on the status when necessary.

Offer a complimentary bottle of water to guests when available.

Monitor and track vehicle delivery times and guest wait times to ensure efficient service.

Coordinate with service staff and porters to manage vehicle flow in the concierge area.

Deliver the guest’s vehicle promptly once it is ready for release.

Open the vehicle door and thank the guest for visiting the dealership, maintaining professional and courteous communication at all times.
