Overview:

The Visual Warehouse Associate position supports the daily operations of our visual warehouse, studio photography space, and installation projects. The role includes managing deliveries, maintaining an organized warehouse environment, assisting with local and out-of-state installs, and ensuring smooth product flow across departments. This team member plays a key part in keeping operations running efficiently, communicating updates clearly, and supporting various Studio McGee initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and communicating updates on deliveriesโ€ฏ
  • Packing, Moving, and Delivery to local installs and photoshootsโ€ฏโ€ฏ
  • Travel out of state shoots with the box truck when neededโ€ฏ
  • Enter and receive transfer orders inโ€ฏNetsuiteโ€ฏsystemโ€ฏ
  • Weekly transfer orderโ€ฏpickโ€ฏup to and fromโ€ฏFullfillmentโ€ฏCenterโ€ฏ
  • Inspect products forโ€ฏdefectโ€ฏand damages and report where neededโ€ฏ
  • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleetโ€ฏvehiclesโ€ฏ
  • Weekly and Daily warehouse cleaning tasksโ€ฏto maintain a clean and organized warehouse floorโ€ฏ
  • Supports studio photography space, weekly floor cleaning, product flow and overall cleanlinessโ€ฏ
  • Effectivelyโ€ฏcommunicate daily updates to warehouse supervisorโ€ฏ& managerโ€ฏ
  • Document warehouse orโ€ฏshipmentโ€ฏdamagesโ€ฏ
  • Building and moving of furnitureโ€ฏโ€ฏ
  • Effectiveโ€ฏcross teamโ€ฏcommunicationโ€ฏand meeting department deadlinesโ€ฏ
  • Setup and take down of warehouse events and meetingsโ€ฏ
  • Maintain flexibility in daily schedule to assist and coordinate with other departments to fulfill their requestsโ€ฏ
  • Pull products as necessary for studio shoots, new projects, installs, and shipments
