Job description

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across an outstanding school district. This is a district-wide leadership role where you'll consult with multidisciplinary teams, conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, coach staff, and make a meaningful impact across multiple schools.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the district’s behavioral MTSS coach to support initial and ongoing training & coaching for implementation of Tier 1 strategies
  • Provide ongoing support and direction to crisis team leaders within the schools to ensure proper behavioral crisis responses
  • Participate in administrative collaboration meetings with district leadership to ensure effective MTSS and individualized planning
  • Conduct initial and ongoing student educational and behavior assessments and use results to develop and maintain high-quality treatment progress. Analyzing treatment data and evaluating student progress regularly.
  • Provide supervision and support to LBSs, RBTs, and BTs on clinical caseload matters as well as time allocation across buildings and classrooms.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop Individual Education Plans.
  • Meet the needs of all students effectively by working in partnership with other disciplines.
  • Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate, in good standing
  • 2+ years of experience supervising other BCBAs, clinical teams, and/or administrative support staff
  • Experience implementing and coaching class and building wide strategies highly preferred
  • 8-hour supervisor course completed?
  • Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances?
