Job description

Regional Vice President (RVP)Blue Sky Hospitality SolutionsLead Hotels. Build Leaders. Drive Results.

Exceptional hotels don't happen by accident.

They are built by exceptional leaders.

At Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, we're looking for a Regional Vice President who understands that success isn't measured by how many problems you solve personally-it's measured by the leaders you develop, the cultures you build, and the results your hotels consistently achieve.

If you're a proven multi-property hospitality executive who thrives on coaching General Managers, improving performance, protecting owner investments, and creating accountability across an entire portfolio, we want to meet you.

This isn't a "babysitting hotels" role.

This is a business leadership role.

Who We Are

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is one of the fastest-growing hotel management companies in the United States, managing 65+ hotels representing many of the world's leading hotel brands.

We believe great hotels are built by great people.

Our culture is centered around:

  • People First Leadership
  • Operational Excellence
  • Data-Driven Decisions
  • Owner-Focused Results
  • Exceptional Guest Experiences

We're building something special-and we're looking for leaders who want to leave a lasting legacy.

What You'll Do

As Regional Vice President, you'll provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of hotels while partnering with General Managers to elevate performance across every area of the business.

You'll be responsible for:

Leadership Development
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers
  • Build strong leadership teams and succession plans
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Inspire leaders-not dependence
Operational Excellence
  • Drive consistent execution of brand and Blue Sky standards
  • Improve guest satisfaction and service delivery
  • Ensure operational discipline across every hotel
  • Remove barriers that limit performance
Financial Performance
  • Drive NOI, profitability, labor productivity, and market share
  • Analyze trends and identify root causes-not just symptoms
  • Protect owner investments through disciplined execution
  • Deliver measurable business results
Talent
  • Recruit exceptional leaders
  • Retain high performers
  • Coach developing leaders
  • Address performance issues decisively
Owner Relations
  • Build trusted partnerships with owners
  • Communicate proactively
  • Present solutions-not excuses
  • Deliver confidence through results
What Makes You Successful

You don't wait for problems.

You prevent them.

You don't manage hotels.

You build leaders who build great hotels.

You understand that culture drives performance, accountability creates consistency, and guest satisfaction is the result of exceptional leadership.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Multi-property hotel operations leadership experience

Previous Regional Vice President, Regional Director, Area General Manager, or comparable multi-unit leadership experience

Strong Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or other major branded hotel experience

Demonstrated success improving financial performance and guest satisfaction

Experience coaching and developing General Managers

Strong financial acumen including P&L, labor management, forecasting, and owner reporting

Proven ability to lead through influence, accountability, and collaboration

Willingness to travel throughout the assigned portfolio

You'll Stand Out If You...
  • Think like an owner.
  • Develop leaders instead of rescuing them.
  • Use data to drive decisions.
  • Build trust quickly.
  • Lead from the field-not from behind a laptop.
  • Are equally comfortable in an owner meeting, a hotel lobby, or coaching a General Manager.
Why Blue Sky?

You'll join a company that's growing, evolving, and investing in leadership.

You'll work alongside experienced hospitality professionals who believe that people are the competitive advantage.

You'll have the opportunity to influence multiple hotels, develop future General Managers, strengthen teams, improve owner returns, and leave a lasting impact across an entire portfolio.

The Bottom Line

We're not looking for someone who simply oversees hotels.

We're looking for someone who develops leaders, elevates performance, protects owner investments, and creates a portfolio of hotels that consistently delivers exceptional results.

If you're ready to build something bigger than one hotel, we'd love to talk.
