This will be an onsite position at our Spring, TX location!
Job Summary:

Join the leader in empowering the essential industries. Strike safely and reliably delivers the specialized asset maintenance, construction, and contracting services that are business-critical to the energy, chemical, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. As a full-time .NET Application developer, you will be spending your time maintaining our Azure cloud applications and essential commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications supporting our business. We work in a hybrid environment and are located in Spring, Texas.

Responsibilities:

As a .NET Application developer, you will be responsible for assisting our team in supporting our Azure cloud native and .NET based applications, as well as our COTS applications.

  • Problem-solve issues with applications as they arise and suggest/brain-storm solutions to the team.
  • Ability to gather and document requirements for new enhancements and problems/issues.
  • Work on new projects / initiatives.
  • Perform data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure Cloud configuration, Blazor, NodeJS, Service Bus, & .NET Core & 8.x (web forms & Web API) applications.
  • Experience with releases and pipelines.
  • Ability to respond quickly to high-priority deadlines with little lead-time and adaptable to direction changes.
  • Ability to contribute independently and be hands-on.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis (be curious!).
  • 2 +plus years of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Relational Database Experience (SQL).
  • Knowledge or experience with Change Data Capture (CDC).
  • API Development (consumption).
  • SharePoint Online.
  • Power Apps and Power Automate experience.

The Team

As an integral component of Strike’s Information Technology group, the Enterprise Applications team (EA) is responsible for the implementation and operational support of essential business applications.

Additionally, the EA team is responsible for programmatically developing enhancements and performing application-to-application (A2A) data integrations.
