Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations and treatment needs
  • Apply pest control materials (baits, gels, dusts, liquids, granules) to interior and exterior environments
  • Operate power spraying equipment and backpack misters (weighing up to 40 lbs) for mosquito and tick control
  • Perform thorough termite inspections in crawlspaces, basements, and other confined areas
  • Use ladders to access areas up to 30 feet high for wildlife, bird, or bat control (experience a plus)
  • Prepare and present new service proposals to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of services performed
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries
  • Adhere to company safety and quality standards at all times
  • Stay up to date with training and technical publications

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of pest control or related field experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driverโ€™s license required
  • Must be physically capable of carrying equipment, climbing ladders, and navigating confined spaces
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with solid communication skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently
  • Sales experience, especially in commercial pest control, is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of pesticide handling and wildlife removal is preferred
