Job description

DTC Copywriter - Landing Pages & Brand Copy
[Full-Time Contractor] [Remote] [Flexible Timezone]
Fragrance and health and wellness are two of the most psychologically rich categories in DTC. Customers buy because they want to feel something, look like something, or become something. We build subscription-first brands in both, and we need a full-time copywriter who understands how to write for desire, results, and retention across email, landing pages, product copy, and SEO.
What You Will Write
Depending on where each brand is in its build, some of this you write from scratch. Some of it you inherit and sharpen. Either way, the standard is the same.
PRIMARY:
  • Email flows - welcome, post-purchase, pre-renewal, cancellation save, win-back, payment recovery, and more
  • Email campaigns - promotional sends, launches, seasonal, upsell, and re-engagement
  • SMS copy
  • Subject lines, preheaders, and CTAs across all of the above

SECONDARY [Only if needed to fill workload gap]:
  • Landing page and pre-lander copy
  • Help write or finetune/proofread/localize the following as needed;
    • Product page copy - descriptions, results framing, ingredient and usage education etc.,
    • Website and brand copy - homepage, brand narrative, and supporting pages as needed
    • SEO content - category pages, blog posts, and on-site copy optimised for organic traffic

Requirements
  • 2+ years of DTC or e-commerce copywriting experience - portfolio must include email flows, landing pages, and product copy
  • Klaviyo experience - flows and campaigns
  • Strong direct-response instincts - subject lines that get opened, CTAs that convert, copy that earns its word count
  • Ability to write across multiple brands with different voices, avatars, and categories without them blending
  • Category fit - experience in fragrance, personal care, beauty, or health and wellness is a strong advantage. You need to understand how to write for desire, aspiration, and results without over-claiming
  • Strong copywriting skills and AI workflow - we expect AI as part of your process but the final copies must be specific, human-edited, and client-ready -not generic
  • Near-native US English - our MAIN audience is American
  • Fast turnaround and clean output - proofread before you submit

Strong Advantages
  • Proven track record and good performance of written emails for subscription DTC brand/s
  • SEO copywriting - keyword research, on-page optimisation, meta copy
  • SMS platform experience - Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, or Attentive
  • Experience writing across multiple brands or clients simultaneously

Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive monthly rate (contractor) to be discussed based on experience
• Fully remote - no office, no fixed timezone
• Learning & development budget
• Access to winning ad and landing page references across our brand portfolio
• Clear growth path as the team and brand portfolio expands
• Weekly performance reviews and tight feedback loops with senior team members
• Exposure to multi-market DTC operations across US and Southeast Asia
