Job Title: Public Relations / Graphic Design Specialist
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Direct Hire | Full-Time |
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Onsite)
Pay: $65,000-$70,000 base salary + benefits
Overview
This is a hands-on, highly visible role for a PR-minded graphic designer who enjoys turning messaging into clean, premium, on-brand visuals that get noticed. The company operates within regenerative medicine, cellular therapy, and medical aesthetics, supporting healthcare providers and clinical teams focused on healing, recovery, and patient outcomes.
You'll help translate complex healthcare innovation into compelling visual storytelling across digital campaigns, social media, PR materials, presentations, and branded marketing content.
This role is especially attractive to candidates with experience in:

Key Responsibilities
  • Design creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and marketing collateral
  • Create branded content supporting PR initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Draft and edit press releases, blog posts, social media content, and brand communications
  • Support brand storytelling through clean, sophisticated visual design and messaging
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across print and digital platforms
  • Assist with media kits, pitch decks, infographics, press materials, and event collateral
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams on campaigns and promotions
  • Support social media content creation and campaign initiatives
  • Assist with event preparation including signage, displays, and promotional materials
  • Support photography, videography, and multimedia projects as needed

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, PR, branding, or communications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign work, digital content, and marketing materials
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator (preferred)
    • InDesign (preferred)
    • Canva experience strongly preferred
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 365 skills, including executive-ready presentations
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Portfolio with examples of sophisticated medical aesthetics story telling.

Preferred Background
  • Medical aesthetics, skincare, cosmetic, dermatology, or wellness branding experience
  • Healthcare, medical device, biotech, or life sciences industry experience
  • Experience creating premium, clinical-facing marketing assets
  • Familiarity with PRP, regenerative medicine, anti-aging, or med-spa markets
  • Photography, videography, or video editing experience is a plus

Education (Preferred)
Bachelor's degree in: Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Or related field
